All of the first-season episodes of Cardcaptor Sakura (except the last) end with a segment called "Kero-chan Ni Omakase" or "Leave it to Kero-chan." In it, Kero-chan goes over the outfit Sakura (or sometimes another character) wears in the episode, or important items/locations. Sometimes he also gives advice to kids ^_^. Every segment contains a "Kero-chan Check," where he concentrates on a special aspect of an outfit or item, like the puffy wings on Sakura's headband in the Wood/Rain episode.
I think the best segment is the one where he introduces Syaoran's battle outfit (probably episode 12 or so). Since he can't stand Syaoran because of his many puts-downs of Sakura and himself, he goes through the whole description speaking incredibly fast to get it over with, sprinkling lots of compliments for himself and insults for Syaoran. And he makes plenty of time to mention what a "cool guy" he is for introducing his enemy so well. ^_^; It's Kero-chan at his best.
What makes the segments for the first half of the season so cute is that they end with Kero-chan looking "intellectual," sitting at a desk while holding a pipe and wearing a bow-tie (^__^). The second half of the episodes end with Kero-chan watching TV and eating pudding (what else?).
